Return And Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of our bath and body products, returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives with any damage during delivery, the damaged products will be replaced with an equivalent item. Please report any damage promptly at info@alhalabigroup.com for assistance. Please note that there will be no refunds for damaged items, they will only be replaced.

Regrettably, returns cannot be processed for gift cards.

Refunds

In the event of damage during delivery, the damaged items will be replaced, no refunds will be issued. Refunds for missing, or incorrect items will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Return & Replace Terms

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the order received date.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted if the product packaging is opened.
  • If the item is damaged during delivery; we’ll replace the item, replacement request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
